Having your order arrive in good condition is as important to us as making something you will enjoy so please read the following to ensure you receive the lollipops in the best condition. Shipping: For domestic shipments, we offer DHL Ground, 2nd Day Air Next Day Air delivery options. For international shipments please contact Customer Service. If you want your order shipped via your carrier please add your carrier and carrier number to your order. When shipping in PopArtâ„¢ Lollipops warm weather extra care is strongly recommended/ required. Even though the pops are made and packed in airtight outer wrappers the elevated temperatures (>75 degrees F / >22 degrees C), we suggest shipping via Air or 2 day. If you decide you still want to ship by ground in warmer temperatures, we will honor your request to ensure your satisfaction - though we fear the pops might be minimally morphed due to extreme heat. Once you receive your PopArtâ„¢ lollipops we recommend that you keep them in a cool area (normal room temperature is satisfactory). Order Status: A shipping confirmation e-mail, including your Tracking Number will be sent to your email address on record.
