How Long Will It Take
We recommend that you order two to four weeks before your event. Feel free to order as early as you like and have us hold shipping until closer to the event date. In a hurry – under two weeks add a 10% rush fee.
Sending Images
We accept images via e-mail at (hyperlink). Email the art as a high resolution 300 dpi *Jpg.,,Eps, Ai or Psd file. Please include in the email your name, what size lollipop, potential quantity, event date size and embedded or surface.
Can you print on the back
No – The back of the candy is white. You can have a clear back, but it can affect the imprint.
Proofs
We will email you an Edemo (electronic demonstration) of your artwork at no cost.
Spec Samples
We can produce about 6 -12 spec samples for $25.00 plus shipping; if the project proceeds then the $25.00 is applied to the invoice.
Samples
We have a sample kit with all of our styles; the cost is $15.00, however, if you supply your shipper number then we will cover the sample costs.

Shipping in Warm Weather
Shipping PopArt™ Lollipops in warm weather requires extra care. The pops are made and packed in airtight outer wrappers. When seasonal temperatures are 75 degrees or above, we may suggest shipping via Air or 2 day. If you decide you want ground in warmer temperatures, we would like to make you happy and will honor your request. When you receive your PopArt™ lollipops we recommend that you keep them in a cool area.
Shelf Life
The shelf life of the PopArt™ lollipops is four to six months if stored in a cool area. This time frame is based on humidity and temperature. The pops are individually wrapped.
Each 24 count has a secondary sealed outer bag. As long as the pops are kept cool, they will last four to six months. Once the outer 24 ct. sealed bag is opened, the pops will begin to pick up moisture (even through the wrapper). The candy does not like high humidity.
